Solution:-

Lines across the progress +2, +4, +6 and +8 in turn respectively.

Column down progress +3, +5, +7 and +9 in turn respectively.

                  First Line :

                                                   Row wise 

                                                               1+2=3 ,  3+2=5, 5+2=7

                                                   Column wise:

                                                               1+3=4, 4+3=7, 7+3=10

                  Second line :

                                                   Row wise: 

                                                            

                                                              4+4=8, 8+4=12 , 12+4=16

                                                   Column wise:

                                                               3+5=8, 8+5=13, 13+5=18     

        

                  Third line:

                                                   Row wise:

                                                               7+6=13, 13+6=19, 19+6= 25

                                                   Column wise:

                                                               5+7=12, 12+7=19, 19+7=26

                  Last line:

                                                   Row wise:

                                                              10+8=18, 18+8=26, 26+8=32

                                                   Column wise:

                                                              7+9=16, 16+9=25, 25+9=34

                   So answer is 12, 13 and 26
