Solution:- 

Each rows, columns and diagonal add up to 15.

Row wise,

                                                   8+3+4=15     

   

                                                   1+5+9=15    

    

                                                   6+7+2 = 15      

Column wise,

                                                   8+1+6 = 15    

  

                                                   3+5+7=15        

                                                   4+9+2 = 15

Diagonal wise,

                                                   8+5+2 = 15  

    

                                                   4+5+6 = 15

So Answer is  9
