As you move clockwise multiple the previous number by 2 and add by 2, 3, 4, 5 

and 6.

             2x2+2=6

             6x2+3=15

             15x2+4= 34  

             34x2+5=73 

             73x2+6= 152

             So answer is 152

Diagonal wise,
